We are seeking an expert to contribute to the development and preparation of a guide on the rights, programs, and services available to displaced women with disabilities from Nagorno-Karabakh, ensuring the quality, relevance, and practical applicability of its content.
Objective of the Guide
The guide aims to empower displaced women with disabilities from Nagorno-Karabakh by:
▪ increasing awareness of their rights, and
▪ providing accessible, clear, and practical information on state and non-state programs and services available to them.
Key Responsibilities
– Review and analyze the national and international legal framework related to the rights of displaced women with disabilities,
– Collect and assess existing programs and services available to the target group,
– Develop the guide’s content in a clear, user-friendly, and accessible format,
– Collaborate closely with the project team during the content development and editing process,
– Provide recommendations for improving the guide, as needed.
Required Qualifications and Experience
– Higher education in human rights, social work, law, gender studies, or a related field,
– At least 2 years of professional experience in human rights, disability rights, refugee issues, or gender-related fields,
– Proven experience in developing guides, research, or analytical materials,
– A rights-based and sensitive approach to the subject matter,
– Excellent written Armenian (knowledge of English is considered an asset),
– Ability to work in accordance with established timelines.
About the Project
The project “Human Rights with and for Refugees” is implemented with the support of the European Union by:
– Democracy Development Foundation,
– Estonian Refugee Council,
– Coalition to Stop Violence against Women, and
– Commit Global.
The project aims to support and empower refugees displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh by increasing their knowledge and awareness of their rights and improving access to information on available services and opportunities.

Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in two stages:
- evaluation of CVs,
- interview.
Only candidates who meet the stated requirements and receive the highest scores from the selection committee will be invited for an interview.
Payment and Timeline
Payment will be made on a monthly basis, subject to the submission of reports by the service provider.
